In detail
What a Growth Audit finds
Most underperforming accounts have a handful of root causes. A conversion event that fires twice, a campaign optimised for the wrong action, a landing page that does not match the ad, or a lead follow-up that takes a day. These are hard to see from inside the account, which is why an outside review pays for itself when it finds them early.
How it differs from a typical agency audit
I audit as a consultant, not as someone selling a retainer. I have no reason to inflate findings or push a service you do not need. Where the problem is not ads at all, such as an unclear offer or a slow response to enquiries, I say so. The output is a list you own, not a pitch.
What I look at
For paid media I review campaign and audience structure, budget allocation, bidding, creative and search terms. For tracking I check GA4, GTM and pixel setup for gaps and duplicates. For the funnel I review the landing page, form and follow-up path using the lens of funnels and conversion optimisation. For organic I take a snapshot of the pages and signals that matter for SEO.
What you receive
You receive a prioritised fix list. Each item has a plain description, the evidence behind it, the expected impact and how hard it is to fix. You also get a walkthrough call, so you can ask questions and decide what to do first. If you want a plan to fix and grow, the next step is a Strategy and 90-Day Roadmap.
Who should request one
Request an audit if you spend on ads and are unsure they work, if your cost per lead keeps rising, if you want to change agencies or if you plan to scale. If you have not started advertising yet, a strategy session may suit you better, and you can book a strategy call to decide.
Price
From ₹20,000
A starting price for a fixed-scope audit. The final quote depends on how many ad accounts and pages are reviewed.

Questions about growth audit
What do you need from me for the audit?
View access to your ad accounts, analytics and tag manager, plus a short brief of your goals and what you have tried. I will list exactly what is needed once you request the audit.
Will you make changes to my accounts?
No. The audit is a review and a report. Implementing the fixes can be done by your team, or through my team at IDM Agency if you prefer.
Is the audit only for ads?
It covers ads, tracking, funnel and an SEO snapshot, because problems often sit between them.
Can I use the audit with my current agency?
Yes. Many clients share the fix list with their agency or team, and I can join a call to explain it.
What happens after the audit?
You can act on the list yourself, ask me for a strategy and roadmap, or continue with advisory support.
