LinkedIn Ads Consultant for B2B Lead Generation in India
I help B2B companies reach the right decision makers on LinkedIn and turn them into qualified conversations, without wasting budget on the wrong job titles.

What does a LinkedIn Ads consultant do?
A LinkedIn Ads consultant plans campaigns that reach specific roles, industries and company sizes, then measures whether those people become qualified leads. I define the audience, offer and format, set up lead gen forms and tracking, test messaging, and judge results by cost per qualified lead rather than cost per click.
Problems I fix
Clicks are expensive, leads are few
LinkedIn costs more per click than most platforms, so audience, offer and format must be precise.
The wrong people respond
Broad job titles and loose company filters bring students and vendors instead of buyers.
Lead gen forms bring unreachable contacts
Free email addresses and unfinished forms waste your sales team's time.
I cannot tell if LinkedIn influenced the deal
B2B cycles are long, so last-click reporting undervalues the platform without CRM tracking.
Content does not match the funnel stage
A demo offer shown to cold audiences rarely works; a useful asset first often does.

How the work runs
Define the buyer
Role, seniority, industry and company size are agreed with your sales team.
Match offer to stage
Cold audiences get a useful asset, warm audiences get a conversation.
Launch and test
Two or three messages and formats are tested against a clear budget cap.
Connect to sales
Leads are tracked into your CRM so quality, not volume, drives decisions.
In detail
Where LinkedIn fits for B2B
LinkedIn is the one major platform where you can target by job title, seniority, function and company. That precision is the reason to use it, and the reason it costs more per click. If your buyer is a founder, HR head, procurement manager or director in a specific industry, it can reach them in a professional setting. If your product is aimed at consumers, Meta Ads is usually a better start.
Start with the buyer profile
Before any campaign I write the buyer profile with you: role, seniority, industry, company size, geography and the problem they are trying to solve. I check the audience size inside Campaign Manager to make sure it is large enough to learn but narrow enough to be relevant. Where you have target accounts, I build account lists too.
Match the offer to the stage
Cold audiences rarely book a demo from a single ad. A useful asset, such as a checklist, benchmark report or short webinar, earns the first conversation. Warm audiences who engaged or visited your site can then see a direct offer. This ladder keeps cost per qualified lead sensible and gives your sales team better first calls. It follows the same logic as the broader performance marketing plan.
Lead gen forms and landing pages
Native forms prefill name, company and job title, which lifts completion, but they can also bring in casual form-fillers. I add qualifying fields where useful, restrict personal email domains where sensible and compare form results with landing page results. The page itself matters, so I use the principles from funnels and conversion optimisation.
Measure what happens after the form
B2B sales cycles run for weeks or months, so a click-based report undervalues LinkedIn. I connect the Insight Tag and your CRM so leads carry their campaign source through to meetings, opportunities and closed deals. This is the tracking work covered under analytics and tracking.
Typical use cases
Recruitment and staffing firms seeking client companies, home automation and manufacturing businesses selling to project buyers, software and services companies targeting specific roles, and training providers reaching HR heads. Each needs a different offer and a different sales follow-up.
Combine with search
LinkedIn creates demand among people who are not searching yet, while Google Ads captures those who are. Used together they cover both ends, but I only add the second once the first is measured properly.

If you already run LinkedIn Ads, start with a Growth Audit. If you want to see whether it suits your market, book a strategy call.

Questions about linkedin ads
What is a realistic minimum budget for LinkedIn Ads?
LinkedIn needs enough budget to reach a narrow audience several times and gather signals. I size it from your target roles, expected cost per click and sales cycle, and I will tell you if a smaller budget is better spent elsewhere.
Is LinkedIn better than Google or Meta for B2B?
It offers targeting by job role and company that others lack, but it is not always the cheapest way to get leads. I compare it with Google Search and Meta for your case.
Do lead gen forms or landing pages work better?
Lead gen forms reduce friction and often raise volume, while landing pages can qualify better. I test both against lead quality.
Can you target specific companies?
Yes. Matched audiences and account lists let you focus on named companies where the platform allows it.
Do you write the ad copy?
I direct messaging and offers, and design or copy production can be delivered through my team at IDM Agency.
Who owns the campaigns?
You do. I work through access to your Campaign Manager and Insight Tag.
