Funnels and Conversion Rate Optimisation Consultant
I improve what happens after the click, with landing pages, forms and follow-up that turn the traffic you already pay for into more qualified enquiries.

What does a conversion rate optimisation consultant do?
A conversion rate optimisation consultant finds why visitors do not become leads or customers, then tests fixes. I review analytics, page layout, message, forms and follow-up speed, form hypotheses, and run controlled tests, so more of the traffic you already have turns into qualified enquiries without raising ad spend.
Problems I fix
Traffic is fine, enquiries are not
Visitors arrive but leave. The page promise, layout or trust signals may be the problem.
Forms are too long or too short
A long form loses people, while a short one can bring unqualified leads.
Mobile experience is weak
Most visitors use phones, and slow or awkward pages lose them quickly.
Leads are not followed up quickly
A fast reply often decides who wins the customer.
Changes are made on opinion
Without a test plan, redesigns are guesses that cannot be learned from.

How the work runs
Measure the funnel
I map each step from ad or search to enquiry and find where people drop.
Form hypotheses
Each fix is tied to a reason, such as unclear offer or low trust.
Test
Changes are tested one at a time against a clear success metric.
Roll out and repeat
Winners become the new baseline and the next test begins.
In detail
Conversion is where ad spend is won or lost
If a page converts 2 in 100 visitors and you improve it to 3 in 100, you get half as many leads again from the same traffic, as simple arithmetic. That is why a conversion rate optimisation consultant often finds more value in the page than in the ad account. It is also why I look at funnels alongside performance marketing rather than after it.
Map the funnel first
I draw each step a visitor takes: the ad or search result, the landing page, the form or WhatsApp click, the follow-up and the sale. I then measure drop-off at each step in GA4 and your CRM. Often the biggest loss is not where people expect, such as slow replies after a form submission rather than the form itself.
Message match and offer
The headline should continue what the ad or search promised. The offer should be specific, such as a free audit, a quote within a set time or a short consultation, and not a generic “contact us”. I review the first screen on mobile because that is where most decisions are made, and suggest clearer headlines, proof and calls to action.
Forms, WhatsApp and calls
Every field has a cost. I recommend the shortest form that still qualifies the lead, add a budget or timeline question when quality is an issue and offer WhatsApp or call options when your market prefers them. Each path gets tracked as a conversion, which feeds back into Google Ads and Meta optimisation.
Speed and trust
Slow pages lose visitors and rankings. I check loading speed, layout stability and mobile behaviour, then add proof where it is missing: real client logos with permission, testimonials, case studies and clear contact details. I never recommend invented badges or fake numbers.
Test with discipline
A test is useful only if it can be learned from. I set a hypothesis, a primary metric, a sample target and a rule for ending it before launch. Where traffic is too low for statistical tests, I use session recordings, heatmaps and structured reviews to find friction instead.
Follow-up speed
Many enquiries are lost in the first hour. I help you set response time targets, templates and routing so the right person replies quickly, and measure how quickly leads get a first response. This often improves close rates more than another round of ad changes.
Tracking the right outcome
Optimising for form submissions can mislead if many are unqualified. I help tag leads by quality and import outcomes where possible, using the setup from analytics and tracking. The result is optimisation toward customers, not just volume.

Request a Growth Audit to see your funnel’s biggest leaks, or book a strategy call and bring your current landing page.

Questions about funnels & cro
How much traffic do I need for A/B testing?
Reliable tests need enough conversions on each variant. If your volume is low, I use qualitative review and bigger single changes instead of small split tests.
Will you redesign my website?
Only where changes are justified by data. I recommend specific fixes, and design or development can be delivered through my team at IDM Agency.
What is a good conversion rate?
It varies by industry, offer and traffic source. I compare you with your own history and with your cost per qualified lead, not a generic figure.
Can CRO reduce my ad costs?
Better conversion means more leads from the same clicks, which lowers the cost per lead even when click costs stay the same.
Do you work on WhatsApp enquiries?
Yes. For many Indian businesses WhatsApp is a primary channel, so I design and track that path as carefully as a form.
How do you improve lead quality?
With qualifying questions, clear pricing signals and faster follow-up, then by checking which sources produce customers.
