Google Ads Consultant in Ahmedabad

I help businesses capture people who are already searching for them, by tightening keywords, ad copy, landing pages and conversion tracking so clicks turn into enquiries.

What does a Google Ads consultant do?

A Google Ads consultant plans and improves your search and display campaigns so the clicks you pay for become enquiries or sales. I research keywords, structure campaigns, write and test ads, clean up negative keywords, fix conversion tracking and review search terms every week, so spend moves away from waste and toward intent.

Problems I fix

Clicks, but no enquiries

Traffic arrives and leaves. The cause is often a mismatch between the keyword, the ad and the landing page.

Budget burns on irrelevant searches

Broad matching without negative keywords lets spend leak to searches that never convert.

Performance Max feels like a black box

Without good conversion data and asset groups, automation optimises for the wrong thing.

Conversions are counted wrongly

Duplicate tags, missing calls or form tracking make cost per lead look better or worse than reality.

Competitors outbid me on my own name

Brand terms need protection, and generic terms need a clear value proposition to win clicks.

What I do

Audit

  • Account structure, match types and search term review
  • Conversion action and tag audit
  • Landing page and message match review
  • Budget, bidding and impression share analysis

Build

  • Campaign structure by intent
  • Keyword and negative keyword plan
  • Ad copy and extension testing plan
  • Call, form and WhatsApp conversion tracking

Optimise

  • Weekly search term and bid review
  • Performance Max asset and signal improvements
  • Budget rebalancing across campaigns
  • Clear reporting on cost per qualified lead

How the work runs

  1. Audit

I check tracking, structure and search terms to see where spend is going and why.

  2. Rebuild the structure

Campaigns are grouped by intent so each ad and landing page matches the search.

  3. Test and prune

Ads are tested against a baseline while negatives remove waste.

  4. Scale carefully

Budget grows where cost per qualified lead holds, and automation is guided with good signals.

In detail

Search captures demand that already exists

Someone typing a service and a city into Google is closer to buying than someone scrolling a feed. Google Ads lets you appear at that moment, but you pay for every click. That is why the structure, the keywords and the page behind the ad matter more than the daily budget.

Group campaigns by intent

I separate high-intent searches, such as a service plus “near me” or a city name, from research searches and competitor terms. Each group gets its own budget, its own ads and its own landing page. This keeps the message tight and lets you see where money actually produces enquiries. For the bigger picture, see my performance marketing approach.

Keywords and negatives

Match types decide who sees your ad. Broad match with strong conversion data can discover new demand, but without negative keywords it spends on irrelevant searches. I review the search terms report regularly, add negatives and promote converting queries into their own groups. Over time the account becomes narrower and cleaner.

Ads and landing pages that agree

A searcher expects the page to continue the sentence the ad started. If the ad promises a quote in 24 hours and the page opens with a generic company story, people leave. I align headline, offer and call to action across the search, the ad and the page, and suggest changes that conversion optimisation work can test.

Performance Max, used carefully

Performance Max can reach Search, Display, YouTube, Discover and Maps from one campaign. It relies on the conversion signals you feed it. If those signals are weak, it can chase cheap, low-value actions. I use it where tracking is solid and treat brand terms and assets with care, particularly for ecommerce catalogues.

Conversion tracking you can rely on

A Google Ads account is only as good as its conversion data. I check for duplicate tags, track calls, forms and WhatsApp clicks, import qualified leads from your CRM where possible and make sure Google Ads, GA4 and your records agree. The setup follows the same method as GA4, GTM and Meta CAPI tracking.

Working with SEO

Paid and organic search support each other. Paid data shows which keywords convert, which can guide SEO priorities, while strong organic pages can lower the pressure on paid. I look at both so you do not pay for clicks you could earn.

Next step

If your account is already running, ask for a Growth Audit. If you are planning to start, book a strategy call and we will estimate budget and structure together.

Questions about google ads

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

It depends on how many searches exist for your service, what a click costs in your market and what a customer is worth. I estimate this in the roadmap so the budget has a purpose.

Is Performance Max a good idea for my business?

It can work when conversion tracking is accurate and you have enough conversions to learn from. Otherwise a controlled Search structure is usually safer.

Why are my Google Ads not getting leads?

Common causes are weak keyword intent, a landing page that does not match the search, missing conversion tracking or a slow response to enquiries. An audit finds which one applies.

Do you manage the account or only advise?

I diagnose, plan and advise. Day to day execution can be done by your team or through my team at IDM Agency, and I review it against the plan.

Can you track phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries?

Yes. Call and click events can be set up as conversions so you see which keywords bring real enquiries.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. I work through manager access that you can remove at any time.
